Here’s How it Works!
Before you can be accepted as a member of our plan your system requires a Full System Health Check.
Step 1: Sign up for your Full System Health Check below.
Step 2: Our team will reach out to schedule your system health check. A member of our team will come to your home and conduct the on-site visit.
Step 3: The Summit Service Team will review and provide a post evaluation follow up report letting you know if you qualify. If work is required, we will discuss it during your post evaluation follow up.
Step 4: Once your system qualifies, you are automatically enrolled in Summit Service Performance+.
